Stay away. Ordered a dryer motor 40 days ago. I've called and left 3 messages also emailed. No reply. My bank is removing the charge.
I wish -0- stars was an option.
And I wish I had the opportunity to read the reviews before I placed the order. I needed the part asap and for a $17 part I paid $8.95 shipping only to have it delivered more than a month later. During this time I contacted them twice, received no response, so I ended up buying a new dishwasher. Terrible company with non-existent customer service,

Ordered a rack for dishwasher no contact after 2 weeks tried to call and "chat" no contact. They charged my card immediately fortunately I disputed charge I should have read reviews before I ordered
I ordered a part and after a month they took my money but no shipping label printed. Scam
They did not ship the part I ordered, they shipped a different part and when I contacted them to bring it to their attention they told me it was "compatible". It's not. The wiring configuration is different to the part I ordered and I would need to modify it in order to use it. I asked to return the part and they expect me to pay shipping and won't be refunding the shipping I paid originally. Additionally they say they will only refund 90% of the purchase price as a restocking fee. No response from them for days now. The part they shipped me is available for $46 less than I paid from other vendors (I paid $178.14 so a significant difference). Had they notified me that they were going to ship a different part when I ordered I would have cancelled the order. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company at this time. I would strongly caution others about taking the risk of dealing with this company.
This is totally scam! They do not answer the phone or email. Is been 4 weeks since my order. Is a scammm!
These people sell crap, charge you to ship, and it takes forever to get the item, and then when the part doesn’t work because it is a crap copy from China, you must pay to ship it back and then they don’t refund your whole purchase price. Look somewhere else. Don’t waste your time and money.
Same experience others had . Placed an order Jan 8. Website showed everything in stock. Was charged for order same day. Waited two weeks did live chat and lo and behold item was back ordered. Today Jan 29 live chat again item still back ordered. Canceled order and requested refund. They said 3-5 days for refund. We shall see!!! We
I ordered a part for my refrigerator and I was even willing to pay for overnight delivery. After the second day I tried their customer service number. Nobody answered and I left a message. NO RESPONSE. I tried emailing them. NO RESPONSE after several days. I cancelled the order. They control the customer experience and this clearly and obviously shows that they don't have time for their customers.

No. Just no. Ordered a part in 9/2020. Have tried to reach out over and over again. They said it was back ordered in October. I’ve called and called with no response since then. Now I’ve escalated a PayPal case to get my money back. I did receive an order number unlike many that I’ve read that did not in other reviews.
Update*** I love PayPal. Wishing two days I had a refund.
Have now sent 2 Return Authorization requests and emailed, per their website’s instructions and heard NOTHING. It’s now been a month, so I assume this is a tactic so they can say the window for returns has closed.
Shipped wrong part. Refused to issue an RMA. Customer support did not pick up the phone after lengthy waits - they disconnected me instead.
